Shipping & Returns:

We are a MADE TO ORDER BUSINESS we DO NOT CARRY STOCK. Once your order has been placed it will be sent to one of our production partners so that they can start producing your item.

Shipping:  We strive to make and ship your item(s) as soon as possible, but this is our typical time frame to make and ship your item.  Production time to make your made-to-order item is 4-8 Business days. Once the order ships normal shipping time frame is 4-14 Business days. Depending on your location and if it’s a Holiday. Covid-19 can also affect delivery. 

Returns:  Because of the nature of these items (made-to-order), unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept returns. But please contact us if there is an issue with your order. It will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If we agreed that you can return the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Can I cancel or change my order:  We try to start production of all orders asap. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not begun yet. Please contact us asap to see if cancellation is still possible and give the reason as to why you wish to cancel.

Item damaged/incorrect/defective:  Please contact us asap and include a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement. Please do not return the item to us without authorization from us first.

Item looks different from the online listing:  This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products. You may have an item that is showing a defect, please take photos and send them to us for review.
